Music therapy is an effective tool in working with individuals and groups of all ages and populations. Music therapy is able to assist in building academic skills, enhancing social skills, learning different expressive and coping techniques to assist in emotional regulation (across the lifespan). Music therapy techniques assist in improving mood, increasing motivation, and reducing anxiety.
